While Flying with Turkish Airlines, My Children and I Were Separated
While traveling with my two children, ages three and six, I had a very frustrating experience with Turkish Airlines. I had reserved seats for us so that we could sit together, but the airline changed our seats several times. Worse, they assigned seats that separated my children from me, leaving them alone. They refused to give me a refund so that I could rebook my seats. I also requested that we be seated together as originally planned, but they refused. The customer service representatives were unhelpful and even disconnected my call. This ordeal not only left me stressed, but it also left me deeply disappointed in Turkish Airlines' customer service. Traveling with small children can be difficult enough without having to deal with seat changes and unresponsive customer service.
