Turkish Airlines Ticketing Issues and Invalid Discount Codes
Turkish Airlines provided us with a discount code to compensate for the inconvenience caused during ticketing. However, we later found out that these codes were also invalid and could not be used because child passengers cannot book tickets alone.
It's inconsistent no matter how you look at it! Last year, my wife and young daughters were issued separate tickets and were expected to travel for 12 hours without sitting together on the plane. The discount codes given as an apology turned out to be invalid as well. We have created multiple feedback reports.
Customer Service says, 'Call the feedback department.' The feedback department says, 'There is no such code. Call customer service.' Customer Service says, 'Create feedback.' The response to the feedback email says, 'Use the codes separately.'
For heaven's sake, look at the carelessness in the email sent to us for feedback. It is full of spelling mistakes and irrelevant, generic copy-paste messages.
