Unfair Charge for Rescheduled Turkish Airlines Ankara-Adiyaman Flight
My Ankara-Adiyaman flight with reservation number UYZP6K on 05.02.2023 was canceled due to weather conditions. I rescheduled it for 07.02.2023. However, due to the extraordinary situation caused by the earthquake on 06.02.2023, all flights were canceled, and my ticket was converted to an open ticket, which I was told I could use within a year. When I tried to activate it for the Ankara-Adiyaman flight on 29.10.2023, I was informed that a penalty would be applied and I would need to pay a price difference. However, I was not informed of this when my ticket was converted to an open ticket due to the extraordinary situation. It is unfair to make me pay the price difference. I couldn't fly to Adiyaman because of the earthquake, not because of any fault of my own. I have been treated unfairly and have been aggrieved. I respectfully request that this injustice be addressed.
