Approximately 6 months ago, I reserved tickets for a group of 10 people, consisting of 2 families, for a flight from Adiyaman to Uskup with Turk Hava Yollari. Due to various reasons, I contacted the call center 45 days before the flight date to request a change or cancellation of the tickets. They informed me that the tickets were economy class and could not be changed. We are in an earthquake zone, and the amount I paid for the tickets is nearly my annual income. They did not assist me. They should allow changes or cancellations at least 1 month before the flight date. This should not be the case. Seats for cancellations made 1 month in advance will inevitably be filled, and grievances will be eliminated. I hope my issue will be resolved and I receive a positive response.
