I tried to change a ticket I purchased with my miles through the app, but I encountered an error at the payment stage. Following this, on July 16, 2024, Tuesday morning at 05:10, I called the call center and had a 45-minute conversation.
The lady there first charged my credit card ₺2500 and then tried to deduct 5000 miles from my miles account. Despite having more than 5000 miles in my account, the attempts were unsuccessful. She said it could be because I originally bought this ticket with my father's miles and his miles account had no miles left. Later, this person called me twice more to inform me about the option date, etc. She didn't seem to know much anyway. (First, she said they usually give the option until 1-2 days before the flight, then I found out I had to pay within 2 days, etc.)
Today, just to be able to pay with my father's account, I spent $100 from my pocket to transfer 5000 miles from my account to my father's account. After completing this transaction, I called the call center again, but of course, someone else answered and said completely different things. Despite telling him that I bought the ticket from my father's account and transferred 5000 miles from my account to his to change it, he repeatedly said about 38 times that I only had 300 miles in my account and couldn't complete the transaction.
As a result, even though my option is valid until tomorrow, I am being inconvenienced with my money and miles and cannot make the payment.
I urgently request that this ticket issue be resolved promptly.
