Issues with Turkish Airlines App and Call Center for Anadolu Jet Flight

On March 19, 2024, my Anadolu Jet flight from Van to Esenboğa was canceled due to weather conditions. I made a change through the THY app, but I was inconvenienced by both the app error and the call center. When I noticed today, I saw that both of my flights were listed as Esenboğa-Van Esenboğa-Van. I called customer service to report the error in the app and requested to change the flight. The female representative explained everything very well, created a feedback record, and said she could only change the outbound flight for a certain fee. 25 minutes before my flight, I spoke with another representative and expressed my desire to change my flight, but they kept me on hold for 20 minutes without any reason, muting me every 2 minutes, and finally told me that I couldn't change my ticket at all. As a result, I was inconvenienced by both the THY app and the call center. I request that this inconvenience be resolved.
