Conflicting Information on Using Open Ticket with Turkish Airlines

In the summer of 2023, I put my ticket on hold and started the process of using it by calling the Turkish Airlines call center on June 8, 2024. The representative on the phone informed me that I could complete the ticketing process by July 5, 2024. I was then transferred to the ticketing department. The lady on the phone initially said that my ticketing date had passed, but later corrected herself, stating that I could ticket until July 5, 2024. Subsequently, the ticketing process took a full 47 minutes. However, at the end of the 47 minutes, the call was abruptly disconnected before the ticketing process was completed. When I called the call center again, I was told that incorrect information had been given and that the validity of my ticket had expired. However, it was also mentioned that if I was given incorrect information, Turkish Airlines would consider this and act in my favor. I do not want to suffer due to conflicting information from different representatives. I urgently request that the necessary actions be taken.
