On 06/07/2023, I had a flight from Antalya to Ankara at 13:10 and from Ankara to Malatya at 16:15. My 13:10 flight was first delayed to 13:40, then to 14:20, then to 14:55, and finally to 15:45, and the flight took off at 16:15. The plane was delayed for a total of 3 hours and 5 minutes. Because of the delay, I would like to exercise my right to compensation. Moreover, since my Ankara to Malatya flight was at 16:15, I missed that flight. Subsequently, I was issued a ticket for the Malatya flight on 07/07/2023 at 23:55, arriving in Malatya at 01:10 on 08/07/2023. I lost time, suffered work loss, was inconvenienced, and had to buy food and drinks at the airport due to the flight delay. I called customer service and was told that if I provided receipts, they could reimburse me. However, I paid in cash and do not have receipts, so they said they could not make the payment. Can a person stay at the airport from morning till evening without eating or drinking until 16:15? Please resolve my grievance.
