I was scheduled to fly from Ankara to Lefkosa with my family on July 4, 2023, with a layover in Antalya, under reservation number s3ypdx. However, our flight was delayed by at least 3 hours. As a result, we had to take another direct flight to Lefkosa, which was also delayed.
My main issue is that I had planned to meet a friend during the layover in Antalya to pick up some items needed for Cyprus. Due to the delay, I couldn't get those items, resulting in a loss of at least ₺1000. Additionally, I experienced a lot of stress while waiting at the airport and spent around ₺1500 on shopping, which I paid in cash and have since lost the receipts.
My daughter was excited to see Antalya Airport and to take two flights, but that didn't happen either. There was also a price difference between the flights. If I had known, I would have booked a direct flight from the start. I needed to stop in Antalya, but that didn't happen.
I request that this situation be resolved and that my financial losses, amounting to around ₺2500, be compensated.
