The flight schedule for my Anadolu Jet flight on Sunday, April 14, 2024, from Adana to Kars with a layover in Ankara has changed. According to the updated schedule, I land in Ankara at 12:55 PM, but the flight to Kars departs at 11:45 AM. The layover times do not match. I waited for 20 minutes to speak with Anadolu Jet customer service, and they redirected me to Turkish Airlines customer service. After a 30-minute conversation, I was told that the issue was escalated to higher management. I waited another 30 minutes and contacted Anadolu Jet customer service again. They said, 'We are now A Jet. We can't view your information, cancel the ticket and buy a new one.' Why should I have to buy a new ticket? I need to start work on Monday with the ticket I bought for the return after the holiday. This situation is unacceptable! Neither Anadolu Jet nor Turkish Airlines is taking steps to resolve the issue. I am left in a difficult situation with no one to address my concerns.
I had already booked a connecting flight, and any changes should not affect me. If changes are made, the layover times should align! Currently, all flights are fully booked, and we cannot resolve this issue on our own. I request your support in resolving this problem.
