Turkish Airlines Flight Change and Refund Issue

I had two tickets for the TK7372 flight on February 11, 2024, at 08:35. Due to health issues, I had to put my tickets on hold. Today, I wanted to rebook my tickets. I waited for an hour to connect with customer service. Despite being named 'Jet', Anadolu Jet has separated from Turkish Airlines, and my flight was supposed to be from Sabiha Gokcen to Rize Artvin Airport. Due to the separation of the companies, Turkish Airlines no longer flies from Sabiha Gokcen to Rize Artvin Airport. They are directing us to Istanbul New Airport. I requested a refund; for the two tickets I paid ₺2224, they are only offering a refund of ₺206. The separation of Anadolu Jet from Turkish Airlines concerns the relationship between these two companies, but this situation should not cause me any inconvenience. Your name is big, but your vision is small; you are only chasing profit and causing inconvenience to everyone. You have caused me great disappointment. Turkish Airlines and Anadolu Jet are causing inconvenience.
