Kling AI Generated an Inconsistent Second Part of My Video

I used the Kling A.I. service on the Omni platform to create a video for a song. On 9 September I created the first part of this video and the images came out very good, in line with the character I had created and with what I expected. Today, 19 September, I used the same prompt to complete the video, expecting the system to use the remaining images in the same way as in the first part. However, the second part of the video was not faithful to the first part and showed a different character from the one I had created before, even though I did not change the prompt. Because of this, I consider that I spent money for a result that is not consistent or coherent with what the tool itself delivered previously with the same prompt. I request that Kling A.I. correct the video so that the second part uses the same character and visual style as the first part created on 9 September, delivering a consistent and usable final video.
