Turkish Airlines Unresolved Delay Issues
My Turkish Airlines flight from Bingol to Antalya to Ankara in July turned into a ridiculous saga. The plane experienced a delay just as we were about to take off. We missed our Antalya flight from Ankara due to the delay. They assured us that they would take us to a 5-star hotel and arrange for our flight to Antalya the next day. The annoyance is palpable, especially when you've paid extra for a smooth transfer and an early departure. Not only that, but the hotel was a three-star disappointment with barely edible food. To make matters worse, there was no nearby market. Aside from the hunger, my suitcase arrived broken the next day in Antalya. They insisted on repairing it rather than replacing it, leaving me stranded and frustrated. Turkish Airlines, you're a true comedy act, causing me inconvenience and dragging me into these problems regularly. Your promises are meaningless. Instead of addressing the issues, you are exacerbating them and forcing me to deal with them.
There is neither anyone calling nor anyone getting in touch, I am still waiting.
Months have passed, but no one has called. I guess Turkish Airlines has stopped dealing with complaints, yet they still claim to be a good company. This is another irony.
