LinkedIn Won't Restore My Restricted Account After Identity Verification Attempts

July 27 12:57 PM1

My personal LinkedIn profile registered under the name Kawac Ter Kom Jouc and the email address kawacte***@gmail.com has been restricted for about seven months without any clear explanation. I first noticed this around mid‑January this year when I tried to log in after forgetting my password and received a message that my account was temporarily restricted and that identity verification was required. I followed the procedure that LinkedIn support provided and tried to complete all the steps, but I am stuck at the stage where I must take a photo and attach my government ID. This step has been technically very difficult for me, and despite several attempts, I have not been able to complete it successfully. As a result, I still cannot access my profile, my messages, my emails from LinkedIn or my recruiter access and related features. I kindly request that my case be reviewed manually and that my personal profile be fully reactivated, including access to my account, emails and all recruiter features. If it is not possible to restore my account directly, I ask you to provide me with an easier alternative method to verify my identity so that my account can be restored and I can use LinkedIn again without further interruption.
