Turkish Airlines Flight Delays and Poor Organization
Turkish Airlines, you are a real regret! I wish I had bought tickets from foreign companies instead of you. None of your flights are without delays. I had a flight from Izmir to Tivat with a layover on August 5th. Because the Izmir-Istanbul flight took forever, we missed the Tivat flight due to you. You issued us tickets to another airport where we had no idea what to do or how to proceed. That wasn't enough. You made us wait 11 hours without sleep at Istanbul airport. Why? Because your incompetent staff said there were no hotel services! And that's not all. The 19:00 Podgorica flight is also delayed as of now! Who will compensate for all our wasted reservations and financial and emotional losses due to your incompetence? I demand that you compensate for our financial losses!
