Turkish Airlines Ticketing and Ongoing System Issues

On October 4th, I had a flight from Belgrade to Adana with Turkish Airlines. Initially, I landed in Istanbul but was not allowed to board the Adana flight. The reason given was that I was not listed on the Belgrade-Istanbul flight, even though I had boarded it. Due to their system errors, I had to purchase another ticket and extra baggage. Despite already having a ticket for the same flight, I had to buy another one. I then submitted feedback and waited for 3 weeks. They only refunded the Adana ticket amount to an unrelated bank card, not the one I used for payment. They did not refund the mandatory extra baggage fee or provide any flight points. Recently, Turkish Airlines has been continuously making system errors and passing the cost onto customers. My issue was not resolved, and no assistance was provided. The reputation of being a large company means nothing now.
