Turkish Airlines Reservation Experience, 5K Lost - Need Refund and Resolution

On August 30th with Turkish Airlines, I created a reservation for a total of 47,400TL for the routes Izmir-Washington on March9, and Los Angeles-Izmir on March22, along with a 15-day price lock option for 2 people.I made a payment of 5kTL for this reservation.The terms stated that if I ticketed within 15days, the 5kTL I paid would be refunded.The deadline was September 14th at 14:09.On the morning of September 14th, starting from 8 AM, I tried to purchase the tickets both through the website and the mobile app, but I couldn't succeed.When I tried through the website, I can view the reservation, but there is no button for payment.When I tried through the mobile app, when I clicked on 'Pay & Fly', I received the message"The price information could not be displayed, so your transaction could not be completed.Please try again later." For this issue, I contacted THY customer service at the following times: 08:46-9m 12:53-10m 13:18-10m 13:47-14m In the first call,the agent said that they forwarded the issue to the relevant department and took my number.They informed me that a customer service representative would call me.In the second call,they told me about their conversation with the insurance company called Xcover,according to information from another customer service representative.In the third call, another representative said that they sent an urgent email to the relevant department with a code and that they would call me back.In the fourth call,the customer service representative tried all attempts until the end of the purchase option period, and when he tried to define the price, he said he could define a ticket for 67kTL.He said,"If you want, I can direct you to pay this price now." I did not accept.He then told me that I should create feedback on THY's website, as there was nothing he could do.A few minutes before the end of the option hour, I created my feedback through THY's website.After 14:09 when I checked my reservation on THY, I no longer saw it, and I saw that it was canceled.Thus, the 5K TL I paid for my price lock became worthless.I have never seen such a runaround in my life.I am attaching the visuals related to my complaint.My reservation code, which is no longer visible and has been cancelled,is: RSZQYI My feedback tracking code is 9394417 I bought my new tickets and paid a total of 47kTL for the same dates and the same trips, not the 67kTL that THY told me.I want my 5K TL refunded, and I am willing to take legal action if necessary
