Turkish Airlines Transferred My Miles Without Consent and Ignored My Complaint

Turkish Airlines still fails to stand behind its customer service representatives. Despite trying to reach out through various channels, no one has contacted me or addressed my issue. Being the best airline in the world doesn’t mean having automated and generic responses from customer service representatives. First, understand your customers' problems, address them, and find solutions. In a situation where I am clearly and undoubtedly in the right and have been victimized by a customer representative, I shouldn’t have to go through this much effort to resolve my issue. Your employees transferred my miles to another Turkish Airlines account without my knowledge or consent. You are obligated to compensate me for my grievance.
