Turkish Airlines Kept Me on Hold for 30 Minutes Without Resolving My Issue
I am deeply frustrated with Turkish Airlines customer service. I was kept on hold for 30 minutes while trying to resolve an issue that couldn’t be addressed via their mobile app or website. Despite the wait, I was repeatedly redirected to their digital platforms, which had already failed to provide a solution. This approach feels more like a punishment than customer service. For a company that claims to value its passengers and prides itself on being a global brand, this behavior is unacceptable. It reflects a profit-driven, uncaring attitude that does not align with the company’s promises. I demand immediate improvements to their support system and a more humane approach to handling customer concerns. This is not the service I expected.
