I am unable to process the miles I earned from my round-trip flight from Guangzhou to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines in October. On December 15th, I submitted my first feedback regarding this issue and was told, 'You have another membership outside of your Star Alliance membership, so your miles could not be processed' (TK-10006940). Despite repeatedly stating that I do not have any other memberships besides Star Alliance, I was told, 'Yes, you are right. There is an issue with our systems, and you will be contacted shortly.' Since December 20th, no solution has been found for my problem. Although I have called the call center multiple times and the customer relations staff have forwarded the issue to the system resolution unit via email, I still have not received any response from them. My feedback with the number TK-10071935 has not been resolved for a month. I was planning to buy a domestic flight ticket with the processed miles; however, since the issue was not resolved in December, my 450 miles expired in December. I intended to use my existing miles along with the new miles to purchase a flight ticket, but I could not. As a result, I could neither utilize my existing miles nor purchase the planned domestic flight ticket. I cannot find a seat on the flight. Due to Turkish Airlines' inability to quickly resolve this issue and address my grievance, I am compelled to seek legal action. It is absolutely unacceptable for the customer's grievance to remain unresolved for such a long time.
