Turkish Airlines Staff Provided Incorrect Information

I previously submitted my complaint to the Turkish Airlines feedback center. It was either ignored or misunderstood. A customer service representative called me and talked about unrelated issues. They either didn't understand what I was saying or chose not to. Let me explain in more detail. Since I arrived at the airport early, I asked the staff if I could take an earlier flight. This is something I have done many times before. The Turkish Airlines staff at Antalya Airport told me there were no seats available without checking with the gate control staff or anyone else. Right after me, a passenger who identified themselves as a pass traveler arrived. This time, the staff made a call and said there was a seat available and that they would take that passenger on the flight. What upset me is that when I asked, they told me there were no seats without checking, making me feel belittled. When I asked, the person who arrived after me was not there. Since they could take that person on the flight, there were seats available, and I was given incorrect information. Unless the person who came after me didn't go through the corridor, which is impossible. If the situation had been like this, it wouldn't have been a problem for me: If they had told me there were seats and then said the pass traveler had priority, I would have understood. What bothers me is that I was told there were no seats when there were. My request is for the staff to acknowledge their mistake, take responsibility, and apologize. I could have escalated the issue that day and maybe taken the earlier flight. I didn't want to create a scene because I had friends with me. Now I wish I had resolved the issue on the spot. I have also seen how much Turkish Airlines values customer satisfaction.
