Turkish Airlines Took $67 for a Price Hold but Payment Error Blocked My Purchase

I paid $67 to secure a 3-day price hold for a ticket I intended to buy from Turkish Airlines. At the end of the hold period, I attempted to complete the payment, expecting the $67 to be refunded to me. However, when I tried to finalize the payment before the deadline, I encountered an Error-BOS-172766 code. I tried multiple cards and devices, but the error continued. When I reached out to Turkish Airlines customer service, they offered no assistance and simply advised me to submit feedback through their website, which has a 7-day response time. How can I wait 7 days when I need to complete the payment that same day to keep my reservation? Despite explaining the urgency, customer service provided no support. As a result, Turkish Airlines took my money for a service they failed to provide, and I lost valuable time repeatedly calling customer service. I urgently request that my issue be resolved.
