Turkish Airlines Payment System Error and Lack of Support
I paid ₺3000 to secure a 15-day price hold for a ticket I intended to purchase from Turkish Airlines. At the end of the 15 days, I attempted to complete the payment, expecting the ₺3000 to be refunded to me. However, when I tried to make the payment before the deadline, I encountered an Error-BOS-172766 code. Despite trying different cards and computers, the error persisted. When I contacted Turkish Airlines customer service, I received no assistance and was directed to submit feedback through their website, which has a 7-day response time. How can I wait 7 days when I need to complete the payment on the same day to avoid losing my prepayment? Despite explaining the unreasonable situation, customer service offered no help. As a result, Turkish Airlines unfairly took ₺3000 from me for a service they could not provide, and I wasted a lot of time constantly calling customer service. I urgently request that my issue be resolved.
