While trying to change my flight, I accidentally canceled my ticket through the app. I then called customer service to explain that I had canceled it by mistake and only wanted to change the date. However, the customer representative said that my request would be processed in three days. Despite explaining that I couldn't wait three days and needed to reschedule my flight for the next day, the representative was unable to help me. They informed me that since I canceled my ticket, a refund would be issued. I purchased a new ticket for the date I needed to fly. However, out of the ₺17,000 I paid for the international flight ticket, only ₺1,900 was refunded. The company officials notified me via email that the refund had been processed, but I couldn't speak to any representative to explain that only a small portion of the amount was refunded or to address my grievance. I urgently request Turkish Airlines to resolve this issue promptly.
