Turkish Airlines TK33 Lost Baggage on Istanbul-Houston Flight

On August 7, 2023, we traveled from Istanbul to Houston on flight TK33. We had 6 suitcases. Due to baggage overload, they informed us that 3 of them were left in Istanbul! The Turkish Airlines staff in Houston gave us a phone number, but despite numerous calls, we couldn't reach anyone. Everyone says something different. There's no information or communication! Additionally, the Turkish Airlines staff in Houston said our luggage would arrive on the August 8 flight and could be collected from George Bush Intercontinental Airport. However, there is no information entry or communication, and no one has clear information. They don't answer the phones. Moreover, they tried to put my spouse on the next flight because they had oversold 21 tickets. We stated that we would only accept if we could travel together, and they kept us waiting until the last minute. Without giving any clear information, they told us we could board the 8 AM flight the next day, but we found out in Houston that there was no 8 AM flight on Tuesday. Unfortunately, Turkish Airlines is making a mockery of its customers. The staff is uninformed and uncoordinated, and we can't reach anyone at +1(281)2338304! I do not accept this situation. Turkish Airlines is acting like a small-scale company. We are encountering uninformed, unplanned, and rude behavior. We urgently want our luggage to be found. There are important items inside, and I do not accept this irresponsibility from Turkish Airlines!
