Bauhaus Delayed My Order and I Want a Full Refund

I placed an online order with Bauhaus Türkiye in Istanbul on 25 May, with order number 10461840059, but as of 25 June the order has still not been delivered. A one‑month delay for an online purchase is completely unacceptable for me. During this period I have contacted Bauhaus customer service several times, but my problem has not been resolved and I have not received a satisfactory solution. I have lost time and confidence in the service due to this prolonged delay. At this stage I no longer want the product. I request that my order be cancelled immediately and that the full amount I paid, including any shipping costs if applied, be refunded to me without any further delay.
