1xBet Won't Pay My Winnings After Repeated Verification Requests

I am filing this complaint because of a withdrawal issue with my 1xBet account. I initially requested a withdrawal of $215 using the instant bank transfer/EFT method, and the payment was processed successfully. Based on that positive experience, I deposited approximately $860 into my account and gradually increased my balance to about $4,300 through my betting activity.

When I later submitted a withdrawal request for $2,150 using the same payment method, my account was suddenly blocked for "account security" reasons, and the withdrawal was stopped. Since the day the restriction was placed on my account, I have repeatedly contacted 1xBet live chat and customer support. Each time, I was asked to provide different verification documents. I submitted every document requested, including my government-issued ID, selfie verification, proof of residence obtained through official government records, my residential address information, and utility bills. After every submission, I was told that the review would take 72 hours, but the process kept being extended. It has now been eight days, and two days ago I was asked to submit my utility bills once again. Even after providing them again, I still have not received any meaningful update or final decision.

At this point, the situation no longer feels trustworthy and instead gives the impression that I am being deliberately prevented from accessing my winnings. My account currently contains approximately $7,095, which I won through legitimate betting after accepting the risk of losing my own money. Refusing to pay these legitimate winnings has caused me significant financial harm. I do not accept interference with my withdrawal requests or my right to access my own funds, especially after fully complying with every verification request.

I respectfully request that 1xBet immediately remove the restriction placed on my account and release the full balance of $7,095 without any further delay. I also request that the company stop interfering with my right to withdraw my own funds after I have fully completed the requested verification process. Until this issue occurred, I genuinely enjoyed using the platform because of its betting options and user-friendly experience, and I even recommended it to others. However, if I cannot withdraw my legitimate winnings, that trust and satisfaction no longer exist. I expect 1xBet to correct this situation promptly and resolve my complaint without further delay.
