N&D Tropical Selection Cat Food Caused Excessive Shedding in My Cat

On March 19, 2026, I purchased “N&D Tropical Selection Lamb and Fruit Neutered Cat Food 10 kg” through an e-commerce platform. I registered the product in the Farmina Genius app on March 20, 2026 (my Genius code registered in the app: uezrclmfv5).

Since we started using this food, I noticed that its texture seemed much drier than normal. However, my main concern is that my cat, who normally does not shed at all, started experiencing extremely heavy and abnormal hair shedding after switching to this food. I suspect that there may be an issue with the product’s condition, such as spoilage or staleness (a defective product).

Although I no longer have the product packaging, you can check the lot/production batch number through the Genius code I provided and review the relevant production details in your system. Since my cat’s health appears to have been negatively affected and this situation has caused us significant stress, I kindly request that you investigate whether there is any issue with this production batch.
