Turkish Airlines Delayed the Compensation for Overbooking

My flight TK1954 was canceled due to overbooking. The compensation that should have been refunded to me has still not been processed. At the Istanbul Airport ticket sales desk number 2, I was repeatedly given different dates on which the payment would be transferred to my IBAN. However, no transaction has occurred on any of the dates mentioned. Now, they claim that the payment has been made and suggest that either the central bank or my bank has not forwarded it to me, but there is no receipt, no information, and no transaction record. This situation has turned into misleading customers rather than resolving grievances. I am filing a complaint because the payment has still not been made to me, and no authorized person has responded for 15 days. If this issue is not resolved urgently, I will seek compensation for all my financial and emotional expenses through legal means. I have records of all the conversations I've had for over a month, including the promises made by the staff and the unfulfilled actions, and I will address these as well. This has become an injustice. The alleged EFT transaction has not been completed for 16 business days. They claim an EFT was made in my name, but there is no receipt or proof shared. When pressed, they claim the transaction will reflect this week, but it has been over a month. (An EFT transaction does not take more than 24 hours to reflect anywhere in the world, but they lie about this too, sometimes saying 7 business days, sometimes 14, to buy time, but those periods have also passed.) This is a bad situation revealing the true face of THY. The situation is clear: they do not want to make this compensation payment to anyone who doesn't persistently pursue it. However, on the day you are inconvenienced, they can take cash from you everywhere. They chase you for this fee. Even at their branches in Istanbul Airport, which has the highest number of flights and passenger traffic in the world, I was told there was no cash available three times. The aim is not to pay the money, but if the situation is not resolved urgently, I will pursue legal action.
