Feedback Regarding Turkish Airlines Ticket Refund Request

Hello, On January 31, 2024, I completed the refund process for my Turkish Airlines flight ticket and requested that the refund of 9,931.17 TRY be credited to my TK Wallet. However, the email I received indicated that the refund method was set as my credit card (attached file). Upon checking my bank statement, I noticed that no refund had been processed (Attached bank statement). Additionally, when I checked my TK Wallet, I realized that the refund had not been credited, and the balance was still zero (Wallet transaction list attached). I reported this issue a month ago and provided feedback several times! However, Turkish Airlines customer service still claims that the refund has been processed and asks me to check my TK Wallet. The ticket refund has not been credited, and I am now puzzled about what to write in my feedback! They say they have confirmed the refund, but I have not received any money. Best regards, Le***
