N&D Kitten Chicken and Pomegranate Wet Food Contains Small Stone-Like Pieces

I found small stone-like pieces inside N&D Kitten Chicken and Pomegranate wet food. I could not identify what these pieces are, but they appear to be hard like stones and are definitely not something a kitten should eat.

I have noticed these pieces twice so far. I have been removing them before feeding the food to my kitten, but this situation is concerning and should not happen in a pet food product.

I would like to report this issue and request that the product be investigated to determine what these foreign objects are and whether there is a problem with the production batch. I also request information about the necessary actions to prevent this type of issue from affecting other pets.
