I Experienced Inconvenience with the Repeated Errors and Ineffective Response From Turkish Airlines

I encountered an error while trying to cancel my ticket and request a refund for my Ankara-Erzurum flight due to a schedule change. I contacted THY customer service because I faced an error with my EFT payment. They directed me to create a feedback report citing the error with the EFT payment. Despite providing all necessary details, including my IBAN information, in the first feedback report (TK 9791852), I kept receiving the same email asking me to create another feedback report. I have now created four feedback reports, and the issue remains unresolved. I am requesting a refund for my ticket. The amount of time and effort I have spent on such a simple process is unbelievable. If a major airline offers an EFT payment option, they should also consider its refund process.
