N&D Kitten Salmon and Pumpkin Cat Food Smells Spoiled After Purchase

I experienced a freshness issue with N&D Kitten Salmon and Pumpkin cat food. Last month, I purchased the food from Supangle Petshop in Bahçelievler. When I opened the package, I noticed a strong and unusual bad smell that was different from normal, and the appearance of the food also seemed different from what I was used to. For this reason, I believe the product may be stale or spoiled.

I have the purchase receipt/invoice, as well as the expiration date and lot number information from the package, and I can provide them if needed.

I request that N&D replace this package, which I believe is not fresh, with a new product. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
