Turkish Airlines Flight Rescheduling Issue

On April 21, 2024, I had a flight from Istanbul to Samsun. I arrived at the airport at 5:00 AM for my 6:20 AM flight, with my 4.5-year-old daughter. When it was our turn at 5:25 AM, we were informed that the flight had been rescheduled to 6:10 AM and that baggage check-in was closed. I received no notification of this change via message, call, or app. I had already completed the check-in process through the mobile app. My daughter and I were left stranded without any assistance. I am requesting a refund for my plane ticket. Due to the continuous inconvenience caused, I will pursue legal action against Turkish Airlines. I will fully exercise all my legal rights against Turkish Airlines. I demand a refund of the amount I paid. You have no right to cause such inconvenience; you have left me and my child stranded.
