Turkish Airlines Ticket Issue for Elderly Parents

Continuation of the first complaint: My mother and father are 78 years old and have heart conditions. Due to the irresponsible staff of your company, they faced significant danger at the airport. My parents, who have traveled to hundreds of countries, were either warned by the agency or by you regarding the visa. Now, many excuses are being made. My mother was shocked when the officer at Istanbul Airport said 'you cannot fly'; why was no action taken against those responsible even though they couldn't fly with the ticket you issued? You could have changed the return tickets and refunded the unused tickets. As a result, four tickets were purchased for two people. Isn't this cruelty towards people living on two pensions? Moreover, doing this on a holy day makes us question your conscience. Isn't it your responsibility as an agency to satisfy your customers and change the tickets before the flight? My parents stayed with me for three months. We called you several times via WhatsApp, but no one answered, and you even blocked my mother's number. The customer is always right, but you always respond to justify yourselves. I used to sell tickets myself and did my best to assist elderly customers in every way. Selling a ticket is not the end of the job. You need to assist customers in every way and respect our elders. How rich can you get with such irresponsibility? Also, when we called your agency in Washington, your customer service could have reviewed the tickets and changed the Istanbul-Washington flight to used. This way, the tickets wouldn't be wasted. However, no one answered our calls. The Turkish Airlines officer at the airport here said the same thing, that the agency where we bought the tickets should change them. But my mother's phone number was blocked; we could call from my father's and my phone, but messages sent from my mother's phone were not delivered. If this issue is not resolved, I will send written complaints to all relevant places both in America and Turkey. If your company's attitude continues, will you be able to sell tickets to anyone?
