THY Victimizes People by Making Them Repurchase The Ticket They Sold
Turkish Airlines (THY) wrongly said that my mom's ticket had not been bought, so she had to buy it all over again. Instead of fixing the mistake, they suggested giving the person a new ticket with more penalties. We don't need that kind of ticket, though. I need THY to fix this right away by giving me back the money they charged. Even though eight complaints have been made, there has been no response, which is very disappointing.
