Turkish Airlines Ticket Activation Issue

Good day. On 13.09.2023, I put my ticket on hold. I inquired about the ticket hold process and was told I would need to pay around 60 euros to activate it. On the 20th of the month, I wanted to activate my ticket. However, I was asked to pay an additional ₺15,000 to activate my ticket. I contacted the Turkish Airlines center and was told that I would receive a response. I was left stranded at the airport for 3 days without any response. I still haven't received any feedback. I was assured that I would get an urgent response. I had to return to Germany with another airline and now I want my issue to be resolved. I have all the relevant ticket numbers and information. If I receive a response and my issue is resolved, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
