Turkish Airlines left me stranded at the airport for 12 hours on June 28, 2023, due to overselling tickets and provided me with a receipt attached promising to pay me 250 Euros. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them for a refund, they have not assisted me in receiving my rightful 250 Euros. The receipt is valid for one year and will expire on June 28, 2024. Despite numerous feedback submissions, the company has failed to respond to how the refund should be made. I am dissatisfied with the company. Regards
