Turkish Airlines Ticket Refund Issue

On 03.10.2023, I informed the customer representative that I wanted to change my round-trip ticket from SANLIURFA-IZMIR to IZMIR-Ankara on 06-10-2023. They said there would be an additional charge, and I agreed to pay 580.00₺ with my credit card. Later, the customer representative told me that I would receive a refund of 650.00₺ per ticket, and I created the refund document as instructed. However, it has been a month, and I have not received the 1300₺ refund. Every time I call, they assure me that the report has been received and that I will be contacted and refunded soon. I am tired and frustrated with this situation. It is disappointing that a company like yours causes so much inconvenience to customers. Please get back to me. You have no right to waste my time.
