Turkish Airlines Star Alliance Flight Not Awarding Miles

I am experiencing an issue where THY, despite being a member of Star Alliance, is not awarding points from a Star Alliance member airline! Because THY is a member of Star Alliance, I purchased my flight to China from Singapore Airlines. As you can imagine, I paid a significant amount of money for this flight. After the flight, which took place about a month ago, I noticed that my miles were not credited, and I have been trying to resolve this issue with THY for the past month.
I find it difficult to understand why a brand like THY, which represents our country, does not award miles for a flight taken with an airline that is part of the Star Alliance group. In this situation, I feel deceived. It is almost impossible to communicate with THY; when you try to reach them by phone, they say that the representatives do not have the authority and that you must fill out a feedback form. When you fill out the feedback form, the responses you receive are unfortunately not satisfactory as they use pre-prepared templates without reading what you wrote.
Moreover, when I conveyed this issue to the cabin supervisor on another flight, they assured me that a form would be filled out and I would definitely be contacted, but I have not heard from anyone.
My disappointment stems from the fact that THY, with years of experience, is being managed so amateurishly, and especially that the ground service personnel sometimes exhibit rude behavior. I have sadly observed this in my last few flights. I hope efforts are made to correct these issues.
I request that THY credits the miles I am entitled to from this flight to my account.
