Turkish Airlines Refused to Credit Miles for Star Alliance Flights

I recently encountered a perplexing issue with Turkish Airlines, a proud member of Star Alliance. Despite flying with a fellow Star Alliance member, Singapore Airlines, my hard-earned miles remain elusive. The hefty sum I paid for this China-bound flight has left me feeling deceived and frustrated. Attempting to resolve this concern with Turkish Airlines has proven fruitless, thanks to a cumbersome feedback process and unhelpful canned responses. As a loyal passenger, I am disheartened by the lack of professionalism, occasional rudeness, and the overall novice handling of such a reputable airline. In particular, the ground staff's behavior has been far from satisfactory. This experience has led me to question the efficiency of Turkish Airlines' management, especially in customer service and ground operations. I sincerely hope for a prompt resolution and an improvement in the airline's service standards. My primary request is the immediate crediting of the rightfully earned miles from this flight.
