Turkish Airlines Didn't Credite Miles to My Account

Thai Airlines is a partner of the Miles and Smiles program, and all miles are earned in Y class, as stated on THY's official page. Despite entering my membership number, my miles for the Hong Kong - Bangkok and Bangkok - Hong Kong flights were not credited to my account. I provided feedback through the THY app but received no assistance and was instructed to process it through the app. However, the app repeatedly showed an error stating 'Miles cannot be earned with Y class.' A few days later, this error was fixed, and I applied for my missing miles through the app, but no results were obtained. When I tried to respond to the feedback, the feedback page showed an error. Every time I fly with THY, I face such issues, causing me a headache. I request that my missing miles be credited to my account. My feedback number is: TK-10485381 #S1-32534844. My membership number is: TK 414772986. I have uploaded and sent all the information and documents multiple times, but unfortunately, there has been no progress. The quality of THY is steadily decreasing. We are tired of this.
