Turkish Airlines Selling Air Albania Flights But Refusing Responsibility and Miles Processing
Turkish Airlines sells Air Albania flights directly through its website, issuing tickets starting with 235 and providing flight information as if it's their own. However, when it comes time to fly, if there’s a delay—like the 4-hour delay we experienced—Turkish Airlines refuses to take responsibility and directs customers to Air Albania.
Additionally, while miles for these flights could be processed before, Turkish Airlines now claims that they cannot be credited due to the lack of a Miles&Smiles membership. Was the membership valid before but not now?
Despite being a shareholder in Air Albania, Turkish Airlines seems to be acting as a mere intermediary, earning commissions while neglecting its customers. This is unacceptable and leaves customers feeling neglected and frustrated.
