Turkish Airlines Miles Not Credited for Istanbul-Tirana Flights

On October 19, 2024, I purchased tickets from Turkish Airlines (THY) for flights between Istanbul-Tirana on October 25, and for a return trip from Tirana-Istanbul and Istanbul-Hatay. My PNR code is VJQE6F. Upon arriving at the counter for my flight to Tirana, I was unexpectedly informed that my flight would be with Air Albania, not THY, as part of a "codeshare" agreement. I was assured that this wouldn’t impact my service and that my miles would still be credited as promised.

However, despite numerous written follow-ups, my miles have not been credited. Each time, I only received vague responses that have not resolved my issue. I am requesting that Turkish Airlines promptly address this situation and credit the miles I am rightfully owed.
