Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles Membership Cancellation Issue

After my Dubai flight with Turkish Airlines on November 24 at 09:30 (Ticket No: 235 2145 4338 66/2), I noticed that my Miles&Smiles membership was canceled. I immediately approached the Turkish Airlines office at the airport for membership inquiries. The staff there asked me to create feedback on the Turkish Airlines website. Despite creating numerous feedback submissions since November 24, I have not received any explanatory responses. They constantly state that my actions were found to be against the Miles&Smiles rules and conditions, which is why my membership was canceled. As a long-time and regular customer of Turkish Airlines, I rightfully want to know which rule I violated; however, no explanation is ever provided. Automatic emails are sent in response to each feedback submission. I have an actively used credit card and had accumulated miles from my expenditures. With the cancellation of my membership, my miles also disappeared. I expect an explanation and a reason for this. I believe I did not perform any actions outside the membership rules. I feel that my membership was unfairly terminated and I cannot find anyone to explain or discuss this situation. I urgently request the reinstatement of my membership.
