Incorrect Miles Recorded for My Freetown-Istanbul Flight – Requesting Correction

As a long-time Miles & Smiles member (Corporate card 1236100172), I frequently fly the Freetown-Istanbul route. For my June 3 flight, the miles were incorrectly recorded as just 500, even though the distance is 5,555 kilometers. This error has persisted for months, despite my repeated attempts to address it. Each time, I receive generic responses, likely without a proper review of my case.

This mistake is costing me the opportunity to achieve Elite membership, leaving me deeply dissatisfied. Turkish Airlines’ reputation for quality is diminishing with such oversights, compounded by recurring issues like delayed luggage. If this remains unresolved, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Court. I urge Turkish Airlines to correct the mileage for my June 2 Freetown-Istanbul flight and prevent further frustration.
