On April 6, 2024, I completed an online check-in for flight TK 1873 from Istanbul to MPX within 24 hours and secured seats 5-D, 5-E, and 5-G for my family. However, upon arriving at the counter, we were assigned seats in rows 30 and 31. Initially, Ms. D**** at the counter began handling the issue. Later, a senior female official with an inappropriate attitude arrived but couldn't resolve it either. Finally, Mr. M******* from the counter management came, and when we expressed our dissatisfaction with seats in rows 30-31, he arranged for us to travel as a family in seats 20-D and 19-D (expressed politely). It is a significant error for Turkish Airlines to inform a customer who has completed online check-in and secured their seats that their seats have been sold for an additional fee. If this is the case, Turkish Airlines should adjust their pricing and sales accordingly. I request that the inconvenience I experienced be rectified.
