Turkish Airlines Seat Purchase Issue

On August 10, 2023, I purchased a round-trip ticket for two people from Istanbul to Paris for the dates of February 10, 2024, and February 17, 2024. During the purchase, I also selected seats for both passengers for an additional fee. The chosen seats were 15A and 15B, and I paid part of the amount with loyalty miles and the rest with my credit card. After completing the purchase, Turkish Airlines (THY) sent me a confirmation email detailing the selected seats and payment information. However, a few months later, when I checked my reservation, I noticed that the system only showed a booking for one person. Despite multiple feedback submissions to THY and providing the confirmation email, they consistently stated that their system only processed the booking for one passenger. Even though the confirmation email clearly indicated separate seat numbers and payments for two passengers, I received no explanation. I feel wronged by THY and no steps have been taken to resolve my issue. Therefore, I am filing this complaint against them.
