Turkish Airlines Refuses to Assist Sick and Elderly Passenger
Because of my father's health problems, I had to fill out about 5 or 6 feedback forms to get his Turkish Airlines flight moved up. Even though they insisted, I wouldn't pay the difference in price for a discount ticket for the next day. Unfortunately, they wouldn't help us, and we think that means Turkish Airlines doesn't care about people over 65 and their caregivers. We are unhappy with their departments and customer service. I want their customer service to say sorry and pay me money because of this problem. If my problem is fixed, I will write about it here. It is not okay to treat sick and elderly people this way. I hope that Turkish Airlines will fix this problem soon.
