Turkish Airlines Unauthorized Credit Card Ticket Purchase Refund Issue

A ticket worth ₺35,987.73 was purchased from Turkish Airlines using my credit card without my knowledge, for a person named a*** b***** whom I do not know. Despite having all the necessary information such as the ticket number and passenger name, and after contacting Turkish Airlines customer service and submitting feedback (TK-11160049) both in writing and verbally multiple times, Turkish Airlines stated that they are only "sorry" and cannot assist me. It is truly surprising and disappointing that Turkish Airlines, which constantly claims to be Europe's best airline, is so unaccommodating regarding customer satisfaction. While major companies like Amazon and Apple provide immediate refunds in such situations, it is very disappointing that Turkish Airlines, a member of Star Alliance, cannot assist its customers in such a case. I intend to file a complaint about this situation with all relevant national and international institutions, including Star Alliance.
